Digital products

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales of digital goods are final. That said — we're a small shop, and we'd rather be kind than technical. If your download didn't arrive, arrived broken, or genuinely isn't what the product page described, write to us within 14 days of purchase at hello@chrysalisstoriesco.com and we'll fix it or refund it.

Duplicate purchases

Accidentally bought the same thing twice? Tell us and we'll refund the duplicate, no questions.

Physical books (from late 2026)

Our shipping and returns policy for physical books will be published here when the book shop opens. Until then, this policy covers everything we sell.
